3rd times a charm

Ok...so I've ordered 2 cop costumes. First time getting screwed and still fighting them, and the 2nd time they emailed me that they would refund me immediately 'cause they couldnt get it shipped to me in time. Now I have ordered for a 3rd time. *deep exhale*

This is the one I ordered next day UPS. Lets hope I actually get it. Geesh....

Ok...my cop costume still hasnt come in. HOWEVER..the company charged my credit card over 2 weeks ago. They dont have a phone number to contact them and they wont respond to the half a dozen emails I've sent. What should be my next step??!
