"Animal" Cruelty?

Well, I rode the elevator with a woman that had her child hooked to a leash. Yes, I said leash. I had never seen this before and stood and stared for the longest time. I wondered if the mother saw her child as nothing more than an animal or if she was just too lazy to watch him. In the end, I was thankful that the leash was fitted around the little boys waist instead of his neck. But upon more thought, I realized it really didnt matter, cause he was still on a leash. *sigh*

Monday madness

I pretty much dont want to work everyday, but today is a stronger feeling than usual. I think I need a REALLY LONG extended vacation.

We had tornados hit just outside my town last Thurs. I went and looked at the damage and was almost sick to my stomach. Peoples clothes and furniture were up in trees. Insulation and metal off of sheds were stuck in fences. This one house had only the front steps left. It was horrible.

Good news: I leave for Vegas this Sat.
Bad news: I have to attend a conference while I'm there. :(

moist-not sure why I hate this word, but I do
mucus-just knowing what 'mucus' is, makes you hate it
scab-ewwwww
crotch- acky doo doo
lip 'balm'- just call it chapstick already
